With over 30 years practicing law, Mr. Berry worked with several prominent Atlanta area law firms before founding his own practice in Lawrenceville, Georgia in 2007. From the very beginning, his mission was clear: to help people navigate their everyday legal challenges with wise counsel, genuine care, and a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of each client he serves.
He handles high-stakes criminal defense, DUI, serious car accidents, small claims disputes, family struggles, and juvenile advocacy with meticulous preparation and composed leadership.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Berry built a distinguished career as a Hospital Security Officer. Protecting patients, staff, and medical personnel during some of their most vulnerable moments cultivated in him deep compassion, composure under pressure, and a desire to uplift others.
He achieved the prestigious rank of Black Belt in Chinese Boxing Kung-Fu, competing in high-stakes tournaments across the Southeast and sharing his expertise through self-defense and martial arts demonstrations at churches, youth organizations, corporate events, and community gatherings.
Mr. Berry earned his BS in Education with a minor in History from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, pursuing Master's Degree studies. As an educator, he taught Health and Physical Education, American History, Tennessee History, World Geography, General Science, Life Science, Earth Science, and Physical Science.
As an expert coach, he led student athletes in Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball, Cross-Country, and Track and Field, shaping young minds, leadership, and athletic success on and off the field.
During high school in West Columbia, South Carolina, he earned MVP honors for his basketball team in both junior and senior seasons.
Today, outside his law practice, Mr. Berry is as active as ever: competing in year-round basketball, practicing martial arts, and enjoying ballroom and swing dancing, hiking, boating, and waterskiing.
